Triple D Grounds has an extensive construction and engineering background. Recently, a President of a Homeowners Association we currently provide services for, requested an estimate from us to build a wall. There was approximately 600 feet of railroad ties that were significantly rotted and needed to be replaced. After several meetings and number crunching we were awarded the contract.
The first step was to develope a plan of action and get all our equipment together.
We then began all the demolition and removal of all old materials. Once the demolition was completed we put the base rock down, made sure it was level, and set the first course.
When the first course was set, we then began securing them and setting the remaining blocks. Once the final level was set we back filled the wall with dirt to stabilize.
The final project came out beautiful!!!
